- 3 tablespoons soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon oyster sauce
- 2 tablespoons cornstarch
- 1 tablespoon dark soy sauce
- 2 teaspoons sugar
- 3 tablespoons vegetable oil
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1-inch ginger, grated
- Fresh cilantro, mint or green onions for garnish (optional)
- Cooked rice or noodles for serving
